Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, when you choose it, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place the order; you'll get an email receipt, then another when your order is ready to pick up or has shipped.
Orders are picked up at the stand or shipped flat-rate to the address you give us. Please check the address carefully — we can't redirect a parcel once it's in the mail. Some items are pickup-only and say so.
The stand runs on trust: take what you like and pay what the tag says, by phone or in the cash box. A receipt is yours if you want one.
If something arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or just isn't right, email us and we'll make it right — a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method.
Everything is handmade in small batches from simple ingredients, so colour, scent and shape vary a little from batch to batch. Ingredients are listed on each product; please read them if you have allergies, and stop using anything that irritates your skin. Our teas and soaks are traditional herbal blends, not medicine: they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they're no substitute for advice from your doctor, especially if you're pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
