What we collect, and why

• Orders. Your name and email, and your address if you choose shipping — to make and deliver your order and to email you about it. Phone is optional.
• The mailing list. Your email, with the time and the address it was sent from, when you ask to join. We email you once to confirm; nothing else goes out until you do.
• The stand. If you ask for a receipt after paying at the stand, the email you give us — and, if you tick the box, it joins the list the same way.
• Messages. What you send through the contact or custom-order forms, so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us; we see the result and the last digits Stripe shows. Stripe's own privacy policy covers that step.

Email

Order emails — your receipt, when it's ready or shipped, a refund — go to the address on the order. List emails go only to confirmed subscribers, each carries an unsubscribe link, and one tap takes you off. If an email bounces or is reported as spam, we stop sending to that address.

Cookies and tracking

The shop sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your cart lives in your own browser's storage. Stripe's payment form loads on the checkout and stand pages and may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records for bookkeeping and to help with any problem later, and we share your details with no one beyond the services above. Email hello@setapartproducts.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to leave the list, or to have it removed where we can.
